Annie's Chia, Nutella, Protein balls:

- 1 cup of dates

- 1/2 cup of chia seeds

- 1/2 cup of almonds

- half a cupt of nutella

- 4 serves of vanilla, chocolate OR flavourless protien powder!

Chuck these ingredients in a food processor and blend! Roll into balls and set in the fridge for 30 minutes! (add honey, water or coconut milk if they are too dry- sometimes the dates can be dry)

20 burpees

10 right leg single leg burpees

10 left leg single lef burpees

 

10 arrow crunches

10 ankle touches

10 leg lowers

60 second plank hold

 

REPEAT AT LEAST TWICE!
